Please be aware that there is planned maintenance on the TEG platform, including mobile apps & SmartPay, this Sunday, 19 April, from 1 am to 5 pm UK time.
During this time, the entire platform will be unavailable, and you won’t be able to log in to your account via desktop or any of our mobile apps.
Members using the mobile apps will be logged out when the maintenance begins. Once the system is back up and running, simply log back in using your usual details.
